8 hours of SAFE Comprehensive Continuing
Education.
The annual renewal period for your mortgage
loan originator license will be from
November 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.
You must renew your license during this
period in order to ensure that you are
authorized to continue originating loans
during the 2012 calendar year.

There are several requirements which must be met in order to renew your license. The requirements are:
- Completion of the Arizona 8-Hour SAFE Comprehensive Continuing Education course.
- Transmission of proof of completion of the 8-hour NMLS-approved course. As your NMLS-approved course provider, we will transmit your completion record to the NMLS. There are no additional Arizona specific education requirements.
- Log in to your NMLS account and request renewal of your mortgage loan originator license. You must also review your MU4 for accuracy, make any required changes and attest to its accuracy.
- Payment of the annual renewal fee. All fees are to be paid through the NMLS Website. Fees may be paid by credit card or ACH transfer.
